We offer a 100% Learning Guarantee.  If after completing the registered program,  you did not achieve the guaranteed results, you have 30 days to request a refund. The payment is refunded to the entity who paid the course fee.  Payment in full is required to secure course participation.  Full refunds are granted within 48 hours of registering.  Since all programs are online and most are self paced, we only allow changing classes for significant personal trauma such as unexpected hospitalization, death in the immediate family, or a natural disaster that disables internet connectivity.
