For the Cheetah PMP virtual live or Cheetah PMP Sprint Online:
- If you do not pass the exam, your coach will provide you with a momentum program to shore up weak areas and prepare you for your exam retake.
- If you are still not success after fully participating in the Momentum program (seeing passing guarantee), including taking the PMP exam three times after attending class, we refund the entire course fee paid to the party who paid us. Keep in mind you must test within 7 days of completing the class and retest within 30 days of previous test and fully participate in all elements of the program.
- If you prefer, in lieu of the full refund mentioned above, after an unsuccessful second exam attempt, (1st retake) you may instead prefer to retake the class at no cost.
